We are posting today to inform our clients and friends of the upcoming departure of Dr. Morgan Wery, who has been selected to pursue further education in small animal cardiology.
This past January, Dr. Wery applied for a year-long internship to further her education to reach her goal of becoming a small animal cardiologist. She recently found out that she has matched with a program!
This program starts at the end of June which means she will have a short time left with all her friends, patients, and clients here at Fishers Vet.
For the next year Dr. Wery will be working with doctors in a wide range of specialties to expand her knowledge. She is working towards a cardiology internship, and then residency to become a board-certified Cardiologist.
”It has been an honor, and a privilege, to have the opportunity to work with so many talented and compassionate individuals. I want to thank everyone for helping guide me while working at Fishers Veterinary Hospital.
Every single person has made an impact on my life and I'm lucky to have met and worked with all of them. I will take the knowledge and experience that I have gained here, with me on my next journey.
Dr. Morgan Wery
It is with mixed emotions that we announce her upcoming departure, as we are both proud of her accomplishments and sad to see her go. Dr. Wery has certainly left a positive impact on our organization during her time with us. If you want to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wery before her departure in June, please be sure to let our front desk staff know when scheduling.
